Shipping Information

Free USPS Shipping on orders of $75.00 or more For US orders only!

We offer First Class Shipping  for $3.49 flat rate and also Priority Mail for $5.50.  

Shipping Time -- Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to no shipping availability on Saturdays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Kalamazoo Vapor Shop LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Priority Shipping is an expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All order are packed and shipped in the order they are received.

Customs, Duties, VAT

Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Kalamazoo Vapor Shop  LLC and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them.

*No returns or refunds if order is shipped international and seized by customs or border.

Missing and Delayed shipments

We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations.
